This swingy top was designed with an active child in mind. It’s perfect for a day of play, but pretty enough for a special occasion. Ideal for my energetic 3 year old who keeps up with her 3 older brothers!
This adorable little girls’ tunic from Coffee and Thread comes with a few options:
- Choose between woven or knit material: The woven version has a lined bodice with a button loop closure in the back. The knit version (seen here) has a neck band for easy dressing and no lining.
- 2 sleeve lengths: Choose between short sleeves for warmer weather, or long sleeves to transition to cooler weather.
- Pockets: Optional front panel pockets with super sweet bows on them.
I love this tunic so much, I made 2 during testing. One long sleeve and one short sleeve, both with knits.
This mustard yellow top got a lace over lay on the bodice making it, not only comfortable, but pretty enough for a special occasion. We had some cooler Spring weather during this photo shoot, so the long sleeves were perfect. We headed over to our Island apple orchard and had a little fun checking out all the little “baby apples” 😉
BTW: All of my material is from Raspberry Creek Fabrics on Etsy. This aqua floral is part of their new club line that recently came out. So pretty and luxurious. Can’t wait to make something for ME with it 😀
Anna’s short sleeve version was perfect for a warmer afternoon at the community garden.
